Where do we ship?
We deliver to all European Union countries and selected international regions.

Shipping methods & partners
We work with reliable logistics partners such as:
LP EXPRESS, DPD, DHL, FedEx — depending on the destination and parcel size.
Delivery times
- 🇱🇹 Within Lithuania: 1–3 business days
- 🇪🇺 Within the EU: 3–7 business days
- 🌍 Outside the EU: 7–14 business days (depending on destination and customs procedures)
🛠️ Please note: Custom-made, “pre-order” or limited production items may have longer delivery times. Specific timelines are listed on the product page.
Shipping costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination, package size, and selected delivery method.
- We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly announced on our store or newsletter.
RETURNS
Return period
According to EU consumer rights, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without stating a reason.
How to return an item
- Contact us by email: parts@lordai.lt
- Please provide:
- your order number,
- the item(s) you wish to return,
- (optional) reason for return – this helps us improve.
- After confirmation, we will send you the return address and instructions.
✅ Returned items must be unused, in perfect condition, in their original packaging, and include all accessories.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: Damages caused during unboxing
All our products are carefully inspected, securely packaged, and protected against damage during shipping.
However, we’ve experienced cases where customers used sharp tools (such as box cutters, knives, scissors) to open packages and accidentally scratched, cut, or otherwise damaged product surfaces, then attempted to return them as “defective.”
👉 We do not accept returns of items that were damaged during unboxing.
👉 Damage caused by improper unpacking is not considered a manufacturing defect or shipping issue.
We kindly ask you to open packages carefully and responsibly, avoiding direct contact between sharp objects and product surfaces.
Who covers the return cost?
- If you return an item for personal reasons (e.g. you changed your mind, size didn’t fit), you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
- If you received a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, we will cover all return and replacement shipping costs.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued within 14 calendar days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- The refund will be made using the original payment method (unless agreed otherwise).
Non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns of:
- Products that were custom-made or modified specifically for you
- Items that were used or mechanically damaged (scratches, cracks, signs of misuse)
- Digital products, codes, or gift vouchers
- Items damaged due to improper unboxing (see above)
